Leoste Culinary Arts Academy (LCAA) was founded in 2020 by Master Chef Leonard Moyo, the former president of the Zimbabwe Chefs Association (ZCA), and his wife Stella. Their vision was clear: to provide solutions to the cooking world and build a skilled culinary community that would secure the future of the hospitality industry in Zimbabwe.
The academy was born from a passion for culinary excellence and a deep understanding of the industry's needs. Leonard's extensive experience as a professionally trained Master Chef, combined with Stella's business acumen, created the perfect foundation for an institution dedicated to culinary education.
Today, LCAA stands as a beacon of culinary education, committed to developing skills, hope, and opportunity through the art of cooking and promoting healthy food for a sustainable environment.


Master Chef Leonard Moyo brings decades of professional culinary experience to LCAA. As the former president of the Zimbabwe Chefs Association (ZCA), he has been instrumental in elevating culinary standards across the country.
Known as the King of Chefs, Leonard's expertise spans traditional Zimbabwean cuisine to international culinary techniques. His passion for teaching and mentoring the next generation of chefs has made him a respected figure in the culinary community.
